Stand taller.
Move easier.
Feel better.

Rolfing® Structural Integration is a form of hands on manual therapy that works to unwind and decompress tightness in the body in order to relieve pain, improve posture, and increase performance. It can feel like a massage but the intention is to make lasting positive changes to the body's structure and function. Fascia is a popular word in modern day wellness practices, but the pioneer of structural integration and fascia research, Dr. Ida Rolf, was describing the body's vast network of fascia as the "organ of structure" almost 100 years ago. Scientific study of fascia continues today by people like Dr. Robert Schleip, Gil Hedley, and Drs. Carla & Antonio Stecco. As scientific understanding of fascia grows, so do the theories that guide the practice of Rolfing.
