These policies are intended to create clear expectations and understanding in order to provide you with the best possible Rolfing treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot make it to your appointment.

If canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, half the session fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

​

Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrival Policy

It is the client’s responsibility to contact me via phone, text message, or email before the first 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment have passed.

 

Example: If your appointment time is 9:00am, you must contact me before 9:15am.

 

Failure to contact me within this timeframe will result in the appointment being marked as a No-Show and 100% of the session price being charged. In the case of a prepaid package, one of the package sessions will be marked as complete.

 

If you contact me within the timeframe, your session will begin when you arrive at San Diego Rolfing and end at the scheduled end time: 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment start time.

Do not try to contact me while driving. If there is a chance you may be late, text me before you begin driving.

Prepaid Package Policy

Packages are transferable but non-refundable, and must be completed within one year of purchase.

If you are a new client, I encourage you to visit me for a single session before purchasing a prepaid package.

This policy applies to the prepaid packages I offer on my booking website: Ten Series, Three Series, and Single Session.
